Breakfast buffet
Our rich breakfast buffet offers something for every taste:
Filter coffee, but also all coffee specialties and teas that can be produced with our kitchen technology form the basis for a good breakfast. You will find many types of tea (black teas, rooibos teas, green teas and fruit teas) next to our samovar. In addition, we would be happy to prepare a hot chocolate for you – or you can simply order hot milk !
We offer 2 - 3 different types of bread, tin bread, Kaiser rolls, various whole grain rolls and small pretzel sticks, cheese sticks or grain sticks in alternation. Various types of "particles" as well as wholemeal bread, crispbread and cake complete the selection. Fresh waffle batter is ready to be baked in the hot waffle iron. The waffles can be refined with chocolate sauce or homemade lemon elderberry syrup, vanilla sugar, cinnamon sugar or powdered sugar.

Our homemade compotes and fresh fruit salad as well as lots of fresh fruit complete the selection. Fruit and crunchy muesli and cornflakes can be supplemented with various components to create a very individual early fitness booster. All muesli ingredients are "organic" and directly from the producer.Our juice corner offers you orange juice, multivitamin juice, apple juice, currant nectar, grapefruit juice and tomato juice. Mineral water is also offered in natural, medium and sparkling versions.
Our "Henriette" keeps soft eggs warm for you and scrambled eggs are available in the bain-marie. On request, we will also be happy to prepare fried eggs - as long as there is time for it. In our cooling you will find air-conditioned normal milk, lactose-free milk, natural yoghurt, natural quark, fruit yoghurt, Bressot and various cheeses (semi-hard and soft cheese, also lactose-free).
Most of the dairy products come from two direct marketers, i.e. straight from the farm!
In addition to cooked and raw ham, you will also find various types of sausage and small Mett and liver sausages. Various vegetable slices and butter or margarine are also "bustling" in the refrigerator. For our "sweet" guests, fruity jams and diet jams from the manufacturer "Maintal", beekeeping honey (partly from the Lohmühle bees) and Nutella are available. The extended breakfast during the normal festival season also offers: fried eggs, sausages, bacon, fried vegetables and white sausages.
