What do you eat in Bayreuth?

Our Lohmühle restaurant is considered an outstanding address when it comes to traditional Franconian or Upper Franconian specialties that are not available in other regions or hardly in this quality. Important: Since all our dishes are freshly prepared every day, not all Franconian delicacies are always on the menu at the same time - but there is always something delicious for you to choose from. Therefore our tip: try “Schäuferlä” (shoulder of pork) with dumplings, sauerbraten, horseradish (with horseradish sauce), roulades or one of our Franconian game dishes! Delicious!
