We ask that you vacate your room between 7:15 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. and settle your bill at the hotel reception. If you are leaving earlier, please settle your stay by 9:30 p.m. the evening before. Please arrange a later departure with our reception staff.

We are happy to make your bed freshly made every day. For this we charge €10.00 per change per person.

Please pay your hotel bill by 11:00 am. In addition to cash, we accept all major credit cards . When booking online, please note that we have not yet charged your credit card in advance. We would be happy to send you the paperless receipt by email. Please let us know your correct e-mail address.

Hang the designated sign on the outside door if you don't want to be disturbed. On your room door you will also find a lever to lock the door. If our chambermaids are unable to clean your room by 12:00 p.m. because of the "Do not disturb" sign, we will place fresh towels and mineral water in front of your room door. We ask for your understanding.

We are happy to iron your clothes within an hour. Please give us your clothing items at reception between 8:30 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. We charge €5.00 per small piece of clothing, €10.00 per large piece.

Monday-Friday: If you hand it in to reception by 10:00 a.m., your laundry will be ready the same day. The laundry list with prices and bags are in the closet.

We have three bikes for hire: €7.50 per bike per day.

Our bicycle parking lot with space for 18 bikes is locked and can be opened with a code during the day. It is permanently locked at night from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. You are welcome to borrow large chains and hoods.

Our receptionists will be happy to copy the requested documents for you. €0.25 per page.

Our staff at reception will be happy to provide you with information about the sauna, swimming pool, thermal baths or golf. The range of leisure activities in Bayreuth is very diverse.

You can enjoy our rich breakfast buffet daily from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. in our restaurant. If you are leaving earlier, please have a packed lunch prepared the evening before.

2,50 Euro pro Person Sie möchten den Kuchen gerne selbst mitbringen? Selbstverständlich ist auch das kein Problem bei uns. Wir wissen, dass für die Familie oft nichts über Omas selbstgebackenen Kuchen geht. Wir bauen ein schönes Buffet aus Ihren mitgebrachten Kuchen auf und berechnen lediglich einen Gedeckpreis von 2,50 € für Vor- und Nachbereitung, Geschirr, Besteck und Service. Dieses Angebot gilt allerdings nur in Verbindung mit Ihrer Buchung des Mittag- oder Abendessens bei uns. (AGBs)

Children under the age of 10 sleep for free in their parents' room. Please ask in the restaurant for children's meals and for painting materials/corner.
The fountain in front of the house is not a play area because of the rolling stones. Parents are liable for their children and damage.

We would be happy to bring you another pillow. Please contact our reception. We have a pillow menu for our guests. Please let us know your wishes.

There is a blanket in the closet in each room. It would be nice if it stayed in the inventory. Otherwise we will charge you €50.00 for this.

Chefin's Brainlight massage chair is in the new building on the mezzanine between the ground floor and the first floor. Please read the instructions and enjoy your treatment. Please disinfect your area before use. If you liked it, then Chefin's Kleine Spardose would be happy to receive a small donation.

Minibars are only available in the comfort rooms. The mineral water is free. Empty bottles are replaced by the housekeepers in the morning. For refrigeration of medicines/food, please contact the reception.

Information about the museums is available at the reception. Brochures and city maps of all kinds are available there.

Sewing kits are available free of charge at reception on request.

Alle Bereiche im Hotel und Restaurant sind „Nichtraucher“. Bitte beachten Sie, dass alle Zimmer Nichtraucher-Zimmer sind. Bei Nichtbeachtung – auch wenn aus dem Fenster geraucht wird – wird eine Ausfallgebühr über 200,00 Euro in Rechnung gestellt. Vor der Rezeption (überdacht) und vor dem Restaurant sind große Aschenbecher angebracht.

You can use our parking lot directly at the house. When driving in, the barrier opens automatically. Use of the parking lot is subject to a fee. To exit the car park you need a coin, which you can get at reception or in the restaurant. Your room card also works as an opener.

You are welcome to purchase a "Lohmühle" umbrella (Knirps, automatic) for €12.50 at reception.

Our restaurant offers hot meals Monday to Saturday from 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. and from 6:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.
On Sundays our restaurant only opens for lunch. On Sunday evening our employees relax for you!
During the festival season, the restaurant is also open after the performances and also on Sunday evenings.
January to April and September to October the restaurant is only open in the evenings on weekdays.

Our breakfast knives, the Lohmühle cellar beer, small pottery items or regional spirits can be purchased at the reception. The self-produced Lohmühle honey is also available at the reception (of course only while stocks last).

Our tip: reserve your seat for our shuttle bus early. The shuttle can be booked before and after the opera. Payment is then made directly to the driver.

If you need a socket adapter, a charger or a laptop in the room, please contact our reception staff. We have a small number of different technical devices in stock. Please note, however, that these are only available to a limited extent.

If the toilet in the bathroom with DIN height is too low for you, please let reception know. We would be happy to build you an elevation on your toilet seat the following day (limited number).

We would be happy to have your laundry cleaned for you. Please hand them in at reception. If the laundry is handed in by 10:00 a.m., you will get it back on the same day. Cleaning is not possible on weekends. Find the bag and cleaning list in your closet.

If you would like a personal wake-up service, please contact reception. However, claims for damages from omission are excluded (GTC) .
